At Yoga Flowly, we believe that movement should be a source of healing and empowerment for every body. Our journey began over 20 years ago, when founder Rach faced the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga became more than a practice; it became a lifeline, a pathway to reclaiming movement, health, and vitality.

Through gentle yet transformative flows, incorporating yoga, stretches, and Qi Gong, Rachel discovered a way to move that honored her body’s limits while unlocking its potential.

We offer joint-friendly yoga practices, mindful flows, chair yoga, and soothing Yin sessions designed to help you embrace movement with grace, ease, and confidence. Whether you are managing pain, seeking calm amidst life’s changes, or simply wanting to move more mindfully, Yoga Flowly is here to guide you.

Rachel's Story

​My yoga journey began in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga was recommended to help keep my joints moving and reduce stiffness, but it became so much more—it transformed my physical and mental well-being.

​

Now, over 20 years later, I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, especially with women over 40 who, like me, face unique challenges such as arthritis, limited mobility, or the symptoms of menopause. My mission is to create inclusive classes that are gentle, empowering, and accessible.

​

I am trained in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, with a strong focus on mindful movement and breathwork. I also incorporate mindfulness and movement practices to help manage stress, anxiety, and chronic conditions, making yoga accessible to all bodies and abilities.

​

Inspired by my own experiences, I understand the importance of adapting movement to meet your needs. Whether you're seeking to relieve joint pain, improve mobility, or find ease during menopause, my classes are designed to support you on your wellness journey.
