Yoga Flowly offers gentle, joint-friendly yoga and mindfulness designed for real people and real bodies. Here, movement is never rushed, forced, or about pushing through, it’s about finding ease, confidence, and calm in everyday life.

Hello, I’m Rachel a yoga and mindfulness teacher with a passion for accessible, supportive movement.

Yoga became part of my life through personal experience. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my early twenties, I learned very quickly that traditional approaches to movement didn’t always support my body. What did help was slowing down, listening closely, and choosing practices that worked with my body rather than against it.

That experience continues to shape how I teach today.

At Yoga Flowly, I offer:

  • Gentle, joint-friendly yoga to support comfort and mobility

  • Chair yoga, fully seated and supported, for confidence and stability

  • Yin yoga for deep rest, relaxation, and nervous system support

  • Mindfulness and guided relaxation, both in class and online

Classes are available in welcoming community settings and online, so you can practise in a way that suits your life.

My teaching is informed by extensive training in yoga, yin yoga, and mindfulness, alongside lived experience of adapting movement to support joints and changing bodies.

I continue to develop my skills with a strong focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and nervous-system-friendly practices. Everything I share is taught with care, intention, and respect for individual needs.

No previous yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to move gently and listen to your body.
