About
Hello, I'm Rachel, a Yoga, Movement, and Mindfulness Instructor.

My yoga journey began in my early 20s when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga was recommended to help keep my joints moving and reduce stiffness, but it became so much more—it transformed my physical and mental well-being.

Now, over 20 years later, I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, especially with women over 40 who, like me, face unique challenges such as arthritis, limited mobility, or the symptoms of menopause. My mission is to create inclusive classes that are gentle, empowering, and accessible.

I am trained in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, with a strong focus on mindful movement and breathwork. I also incorporate mindfulness and movement practices to help manage stress, anxiety, and chronic conditions, making yoga accessible to all bodies and abilities.

Inspired by my own experiences, I understand the importance of adapting movement to meet your needs. Whether you're seeking to relieve joint pain, improve mobility, or find ease during menopause, my classes are designed to support you on your wellness journey.

Feel free to reach out with any questions—I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
