At Yoga Flowly, I offer gentle, joint-friendly and chair yoga classes taught in welcoming community settings. Each session is designed to be accessible and supportive, with a focus on comfort, ease, and everyday movement rather than pushing or strain.
Alongside in-person classes, you’ll also find online yoga, mindfulness practices, and free resources to support you at home, allowing you to move and rest at your own pace.
