My Offerings

At Yoga Flowly, I offer in-person Joint-Friendly Slow Flow classes designed to ease joint pain, improve flexibility, and boost mobility in a safe, supportive environment. I also provide a Chair Yoga option, perfect for those with limited mobility, offering gentle yet effective movement to help you feel better in your body. Additionally, explore my video and audio courses, or join me on my YouTube channel for free resources that guide you toward relief and mindfulness at your own pace.

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga
