Hi, I’m Rachel, founder of Yoga Flowly. I became a yoga teacher after my own journey with rheumatoid arthritis led me to discover the power of gentle movement in healing both body and mind.

 

I understand the unique challenges women over 40 face, from joint pain and mobility issues to navigating menopause.

 

My mission is to create a space where you can move with ease, feel supported, and reconnect with your body—no matter where you’re starting from.
